Description

Zigma mixer is a heavy duty mixer designed for dough mixingutilized in the soap, detergent & chemical industries, etc.

It mainly consists of,

  • Mixing Vessel – The mixer consists of  a W – shaped  horizontal.
  • Mixer Blades – The Mixer blades are two Z- shaped steel casted or duly finished blades which rotates inward fitted to close or specified clearance to give thorough and uniform mixing.
  • Mixer Drive System – The Zigma  Mixer  is  powered  by  a drive system comprising of a motor, gearbox and couplings.
  • Heat Transfer – Zigma Mixer are commonly provided with jackets for circulation of heating or cooling media.
  • The material of construction may be SS304 / Mild Steel IS 2062 Grade – B and WCB
